This is my first painting of 2024, though there’s actually very little painting. I used the watercolour medium to do the work for me. On wet paper, I dropped different colours on and let them blend together in their magical way. I added a few trees and job done. You can’t do this with other mediums which is why I love watercolour!
LIGHT.......inspires me LEGEND.......intrigues me LANDSCAPE inspires me! I have letters after my name...F.O.L....but it is not 'Fellow of..' but 'Fell Off'...a ladder! While waiting for operations on my knees I took up painting to pass the time. Like so many other people I soon became hooked and embarked on a fascinating journey to learn how to improve and develop my style..a journey that never ends...but what a trip!
