Artist's Description
I am a great admirer of the famous Victorian oil painter - John Atkinson Grimshaw. He was famous for his moonlight paintings.So I imagined he had visited Bridlington and painted the Priory from Kirkgate. The iPad is a great medium for this type of work and I was able to include all the classic Grimshaw hallmarks including his mysterious lady.
