Artist's Description
This was part of my "Follow the Leader" exhibition - a series of paintings based on the work of Benjamin Williams Leader RA. As the painting neared completion I noticed that an intended gravestone had transformed into a mysterious lady! This immediately made me think of the iconic Beatles track , Eleanor Rigby.
