Artist's Description
I live in the lovely village of Kilham and this is the scene from a recent sunny morning on West End. It’s such a leafy lane and this particular morning the hedgerows and trees were alive with vibrant colours. As an artist I spend a lot of time searching for wonderful scenes to paint and sometimes you find them right on your doorstep. I’ve taken a few artistic liberties to concentrate on the ‘feel’ of this morning stroll rather than the exact details. May you find your own place of beauty close to home – ‘Just direct your feet on the sunny side of the street’ as the song goes.
20" x 16" Watercolour painted on Waterford 140lb CP paper with W & N artists paints.

Since then I have had the good fortune to exhibit in many prestigious galleries and shows, selling paintings all over the world. I am also a Professional Associate Tutor of the Society of All Artists and...
