I have continued with the autumn theme for this painting. Sledmere Wood is one of our favourite places to take the dogs for a work. It is peaceful and inspiring. The ancient trees lining the path give the place an almost spiritual atmosphere. It is always good to be at one with Mother Nature.
LIGHT.......inspires me LEGEND.......intrigues me LANDSCAPE inspires me! I have letters after my name...F.O.L....but it is not 'Fellow of..' but 'Fell Off'...a ladder! While waiting for operations on my knees I took up painting to pass the time. Like so many other people I soon became hooked and embarked on a fascinating journey to learn how to improve and develop my style..a journey that never ends...but what a trip!
